Booking and Payment Terms / Public Offer

These Booking and Payment Terms explain how bookings, deposits, full payments, balance payments, prices, taxes, and payment confirmations work for Lovane Tennis camps.
By submitting a booking request, paying the initial payment / partial prepayment, paying the full price, or attending a Lovane Tennis camp, you agree to these Booking and Payment Terms, our Terms and Conditions, our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Camp Packages
Lovane Tennis offers tennis camp packages that may include professional tennis training, hotel accommodation, meals, drinks, transfers, tennis court access, group activities, and guest support.
The exact services included in each camp are shown on the relevant camp page, booking page, offer, invoice, or confirmation message.
2. What Is Included
Unless a specific camp page states otherwise, a Lovane Tennis camp package may include:
Professional tennis training
Personalized coaching and feedback
Match play and tactical sessions
Fitness and recovery sessions
Tennis court access
Use of essential tennis equipment
Tournament-style activities
5-star all-inclusive hotel accommodation
Meals and drinks at the resort
Round-trip airport transfer
Catamaran group experience
Recovery time, beach, and pool access
Group activities and social moments
Photo and video content
Camp coordination and guest support
3. What Is Not Included
Unless expressly stated in writing, the following are not included:
Flights
Visas and travel authorizations
Travel insurance
Medical insurance
Medical expenses
Personal expenses
Additional private lessons
Extra activities not included in the official program
Transport outside the official camp program
Extra hotel charges, room upgrades, minibar charges, spa services, laundry, tips, or personal purchases
Costs caused by missed flights, late arrival, early departure, invalid documents, illness, injury, or personal decisions
4. Prices and Currency
Prices are generally displayed in USD unless another currency is shown on the website, checkout page, invoice, or confirmation message.
If your card or bank account uses another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion, exchange rates, international transaction fees, or other charges. Lovane Tennis does not control these charges and is not responsible for them.
5. Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, applicable taxes are included in the displayed camp price.
6. Payment Options
Participants may choose one of the following payment options, if available for the selected camp:
Initial payment / partial prepayment: Pay a fixed first part of the camp price to reserve a place, then pay the remaining balance later.
Full payment: Pay the full camp price immediately.
Available payment options may vary by camp, date, availability, and booking channel.
7. Initial Payment / Partial Prepayment
The standard initial payment is USD 500 per participant.
This amount is not a security deposit, damage deposit, or refundable guarantee. It is the first part of the camp price and is paid to reserve the participant’s place in the selected camp.
The initial payment allows Lovane Tennis to coordinate hotel space, coaches, tennis courts, transfers, activities, and program planning.
If the participant cancels, changes their mind, does not attend, arrives late, leaves early, or cannot participate for personal, medical, travel, visa, work, family, or other reasons, the initial payment is non-refundable.
The only standard exception is if Lovane Tennis cancels the camp and does not provide a reasonable alternative. In that case, the initial payment will be refunded according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Balance Payment
If the participant pays only the initial payment / partial prepayment, the remaining balance must be paid either:
through the website before the camp starts; or
on site on the first day of the camp, before the participant starts the official camp program.
Lovane Tennis may require the balance to be paid before check-in, before the first training session, or before access to camp services.
If the balance is not paid when due, Lovane Tennis may suspend or refuse the participant’s access to training, accommodation arrangements, transfers, activities, or other camp services until payment is completed.
If the participant does not pay the balance by the first day of the camp, Lovane Tennis may treat the booking as cancelled by the participant. In that case, the initial payment remains non-refundable, and any other amounts paid are handled according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
9. Payment Methods
Online card payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Lovane Tennis does not store full card numbers on its own website.
Stripe or other payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Booking Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until Lovane Tennis receives the required deposit or full payment and confirms the booking by email, WhatsApp, website confirmation, invoice, or another written confirmation.
Submitting a form without payment does not guarantee availability.
Availability may be limited and is offered on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
11. Participant Information
Participants must provide accurate information during booking, including name, contact details, age, country, tennis level, travel details, and any relevant medical, dietary, mobility, allergy, or safety information.
Lovane Tennis is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or missing information provided by the participant.
12. Transfers
If round-trip airport transfer is included in the camp package, the participant must provide accurate flight information within the deadline requested by Lovane Tennis.
If flight details are provided late, changed without notice, or incorrect, Lovane Tennis cannot guarantee transfer availability and may require the participant to arrange transport at their own expense.
Included transfers apply only to the official airport, dates, times, routes, and conditions communicated for the camp.
13. Accommodation
If accommodation is included, hotel rooms are provided according to the package shown on the camp page or confirmation.
Hotel room type, occupancy, check-in/check-out times, resort rules, and hotel services are subject to hotel policies and availability.
Participants are responsible for any personal hotel charges, damages, rule violations, early check-in, late check-out, upgrades, or additional services not included in the package.
14. Minors
For participants under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must approve the booking, accept these terms, remain present at the camp location, and take responsibility for the minor outside official camp activities.
Lovane Tennis may request written consent, identification, emergency contact details, and medical information for minors.
15. Changes Requested by the Participant
Requests to change dates, transfer the booking to another camp, replace the participant, or modify the booking are subject to availability and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Lovane Tennis will try to support reasonable requests, but changes are not guaranteed.
16. Right to Refuse or Cancel a Booking
Lovane Tennis may refuse, suspend, or cancel a booking if:
payment is not completed;
information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading;
the participant does not meet eligibility or safety requirements;
the participant violates these terms;
the participant creates a safety, legal, operational, or reputational risk;
the camp is fully booked or unavailable;
a third-party provider cannot deliver an essential service;
Lovane Tennis reasonably believes the booking cannot be fulfilled.
Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a payment, cancellation, refund, or booking, you must contact Lovane Tennis first so we can try to resolve the issue.
If a participant starts a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms, Lovane Tennis may provide the payment provider, card network, or bank with booking records, payment records, communication history, proof of service, proof of cancellation rules, and evidence that the participant accepted these terms.
