Welcome to Lovane Tennis (“Lovane Tennis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, booking forms, payment pages, communications, and tennis camp services.
Lovane Tennis offers tennis camp experiences, training programs, accommodation-based packages, group activities, and related guest support services. Our camps may take place in Mexico or in other countries depending on the specific program. Each camp may have different dates, locations, hotels, inclusions, coaches, and schedules.
By using our website, submitting a booking request, paying the initial payment / partial prepayment, paying the full price, attending a camp, or allowing a minor under your care to attend a camp, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Booking and Payment Terms, our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

Lovane Tennis may work with hotels, tennis facilities, transport providers, coaches, photographers, activity providers, and other third-party partners to deliver the camp experience.
2. Services
Lovane Tennis provides tennis camp packages and related services, which may include, depending on the specific camp:
Professional tennis training
Personalized coaching and feedback
Match play and tactical sessions
Tennis court access
Use of essential tennis equipment
Fitness and recovery sessions
Tournament-style activities
Hotel accommodation
Meals and drinks at the resort
Round-trip airport transfer
Catamaran group experience
Beach and pool access
Group activities and social moments
Photo and video content
Camp coordination and guest support
The exact inclusions, dates, location, hotel, schedule, and price are shown on the relevant camp page, booking page, invoice, or confirmation message.
3. Eligibility and Participants
Lovane Tennis camps are open to participants of different ages and tennis levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced players, unless a specific camp states otherwise.
Participants must be physically able to take part in sports activities, tennis training, fitness sessions, group activities, and travel-related activities.
Minors may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must be present at the camp location and remain responsible for the minor during the camp. Lovane Tennis does not provide childcare, guardianship, or supervision outside the official tennis and camp activities.
4. Health, Fitness, and Medical Responsibility
Tennis, fitness, travel, water activities, group activities, and resort activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, dehydration, falls, collisions, muscle strain, fatigue, heat exposure, allergic reactions, and other health-related incidents.
By booking or attending a camp, you confirm that you, or the minor under your care, are medically and physically fit to participate.
You are responsible for consulting a doctor before attending if you have any medical condition, injury, disability, allergy, medication requirement, or health concern that may affect your participation.
Lovane Tennis is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, accidents, or health issues that arise from your own physical condition, pre-existing medical conditions, failure to disclose relevant information, failure to follow instructions, or participation in sports and travel activities, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Insurance Requirement
All participants must have valid personal travel insurance and medical insurance that covers sports activities, tennis training, travel, accommodation, transfers, accidents, illness, medical treatment, hospitalization, cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability.
Lovane Tennis does not provide personal medical insurance, travel insurance, or cancellation insurance for participants.
You are responsible for all medical costs, emergency costs, insurance claims, and related expenses arising during or in connection with the camp.
6. Participant Conduct
All participants must behave respectfully and safely toward coaches, staff, hotel personnel, other guests, other participants, drivers, activity providers, and members of the public.
Lovane Tennis may refuse participation, suspend participation, remove a participant from training, cancel remaining services, or require a participant to leave the camp if the participant:
behaves aggressively, abusively, dangerously, or disrespectfully;
threatens, harasses, discriminates against, or harms another person;
damages property;
violates hotel, resort, tennis club, transport, or activity provider rules;
attends training or activities under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
uses illegal drugs or prohibited substances;
repeatedly ignores safety instructions or coach instructions;
creates a risk to themselves, other participants, staff, or third parties;
engages in illegal conduct or conduct that may damage the reputation of Lovane Tennis.
If a participant is removed or excluded for misconduct, no refund will be provided for unused training, accommodation, activities, transfers, meals, or any other unused part of the camp package. Amounts already paid are not returned simply because the participant was removed due to misconduct. The participant will be responsible for any additional costs caused by their conduct, including hotel charges, transport costs, property damage, medical costs, or legal costs.
7. Alcohol, Drugs, and Safety
Participants must not attend tennis training, fitness sessions, transfers, group activities, or any official camp activity while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that affects judgment, coordination, or safety.
Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden. Lovane Tennis may immediately remove a participant from the camp without refund if this rule is violated.
8. Schedule, Coaches, Hotel, Location, and Program Changes
Lovane Tennis aims to deliver the camp as described. However, schedules, coaches, hotels, tennis courts, activities, transport times, locations, and program details may need to change due to weather, availability, safety, operational needs, hotel requirements, court availability, coach availability, group size, force majeure, or other circumstances.
Lovane Tennis may replace a coach, hotel, court, activity, schedule, or location with a similar or reasonable alternative. Such changes do not automatically entitle participants to a refund, provided that Lovane Tennis continues to offer a substantially similar camp experience.
9. Weather Policy
Weather conditions may affect tennis training, transfers, outdoor activities, catamaran activities, and other parts of the camp.
In case of rain, storms, extreme heat, unsafe court conditions, or other weather-related issues, Lovane Tennis may, at its discretion:
adjust the daily schedule;
move sessions to another time;
use covered or alternative courts where available;
replace tennis time with tactical, fitness, recovery, group, hotel, or indoor activities;
modify or cancel certain outdoor activities for safety reasons.
Weather-related changes do not automatically entitle participants to a refund.
10. Third-Party Providers
Some parts of the camp may be provided by third parties, including hotels, resorts, tennis clubs, transport companies, restaurants, catamaran operators, activity providers, coaches, photographers, and payment processors.
Lovane Tennis is not responsible for the acts, omissions, rules, delays, cancellations, service interruptions, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third-party providers, except where required by applicable law.
Participants must follow the rules and instructions of third-party providers.
11. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings, including passports, visas, phones, wallets, tennis equipment, clothing, luggage, money, cards, valuables, and personal documents.
Lovane Tennis is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings.
12. Travel Documents, Visas, and Flights
Flights are not included in Lovane Tennis camp packages unless expressly stated in writing.
Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, travel authorizations, vaccination documents, entry permits, and any other documents required for travel.
Lovane Tennis is not responsible if a participant cannot travel, enter a country, check into a hotel, attend the camp, or return home due to missing, invalid, expired, rejected, or delayed travel documents.
13. Photos, Videos, and Media
Lovane Tennis may take photos and videos during camps for internal, promotional, marketing, social media, website, advertising, and documentary purposes.
By attending a camp, you agree that Lovane Tennis may use photos and videos in which you appear for these purposes, without additional compensation.
If the participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms consent for reasonable photo and video use by accepting these terms and allowing the minor to attend.
If you do not want yourself or a minor under your care to be used in promotional photos or videos, you must notify us in writing before the camp starts. Lovane Tennis will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests, but cannot guarantee exclusion from all group or background content.
14. Website Content
The content on our website is provided for general information and booking purposes. We try to keep information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all content is always complete, current, or free from errors.
Photos, videos, hotel images, schedules, and activity examples may be illustrative. Actual services may vary depending on the camp, hotel, availability, season, weather, and operational conditions.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, designs, text, images, videos, graphics, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Lovane Tennis, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use our content without written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovane Tennis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, travel disruption, emotional distress, or loss of personal property.
Lovane Tennis is not liable for injuries, illnesses, delays, cancellations, weather events, third-party acts, force majeure events, travel issues, visa issues, personal decisions, or failure to follow instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
17. Force Majeure
Lovane Tennis is not responsible for failure or delay in performing services caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, border closures, strikes, transport disruption, war, civil unrest, terrorism, public health measures, hotel closures, court closures, airline disruption, supplier failure, or other force majeure events.
If a force majeure event affects a camp, Lovane Tennis may modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the affected services. Refunds or credits, if any, will be handled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.
18. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings, initial payments, balance payments, taxes, cancellations, refunds, transfers, and no-show rules are governed by our Booking and Payment Terms and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
19. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute relating to Lovane Tennis, our website, bookings, payments, or camp services shall first be handled through good-faith communication with Lovane Tennis.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the competent courts or authorities in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
